Project Management
We apply our detailed and experienced understanding of the Development and Construction industry to achieve our Clients' project objectives. We keep in mind the 'bigger picture' whilst always focusing on the project deliverables and the actions required to achieve the desired result.
Quantity Surveying
GWB work closely with Client’s and their professional team from inception through to completion, managing the costs of a project with a attention to detail. We pride ourselves on a detailed and proactive service and ensure that the correct advice is given at day one of the project.
Employers Agent
An Employers Agent GWB act on the behalf of our Clients as the Contract Administrator for Design and Build (D&B) Contracts, we undertake the role of Lead Consultant, Project Manager and Cost Consultant. We take responsibility for ensuring the works are undertaken to our Clients’ standards in relation to quality control and cost management.
GWB work closely with Clerk of Works, Quantity Surveyors, Clients, Contractors and other Consultants comprising the whole design team, and we ensure that the design and construction works are undertaken to a high level and all in accordance with the Employers Requirements.
